Iris really couldn't believe it, the state the Hogwarts had found itself in. She also couldn't believe that she'd been gone from Hogwarts almost as long as she'd lived there.
She was supposed to be meeting Fallon at some point today, but because of the time differences, Iris accidentally arrived an hour early. Aaron was busy. She brushed down her skirt and neatened her hair before making her way towards the masses of people.
First - before seeing if she could find any familiar faces - the ex-Head Girl had a heavy bag of coins she needed to give away.
It took a while to actually find the donation station, but she grinned and strode up to it, smiling to the woman stood by it.
"Bonjour, Professor Bu- Truebridge! You look well." Shame the same can't be said for the school. "Has the day been successful so far?" Man, she's been spending too much time in France. The accent. Ugh.
She took the purse our of her bag, and took a handful of coins - both her's and Aaron's contributions - and dropped them one-by-one into the box.
Pink table cloth. Ha. Iris gestured to it, with a smirk. "Y'know, I'd be upset if you told me you hadn't charmed at least half of the suits of armour to be glorious shades of pink at the start of the year."
