| Bathes in Maple Syrup | Dancing Lobster | Mrs. Charlie Weasley | Seneca's Beard | That's So Fetch “The pleasure is all mine, dear,” Norma responded with a chuckle, grasping his hand with her own. What a firm handshake this man had! Oh, was he blushing? The old woman was tempted to give his cheek a pinch, but she put her grandmother instincts aside. She was here to talk to talk about her story. But first she was going to finish up her conversation with Leobald and maybe grab herself a cup of tea. “Why, yes, I did go to Hogwarts. I was a member of Hufflepuff House. But that was many, many years ago.” She gave him a smile and followed him over to the food table. “And I am perfectly fine with a bean bag. I may not be as young as I once was, but age is just a number.”
After getting some tea, Norma settled down on a purple bean bag and looked at all the faces in front of her. She gave each of them a tender smile and took a few sips of her tea. Then Leobald turned the tables over to her. “Thank you, Mr. Kitridge,” she said, giving him a nod before addressing the attendees. “Good evening, everyone. My name is Norma Smith – please feel free to call me Norma. I was selected as the top contributor for Plimpy Soup for the Wizarding Soul. This book contains a collection of true stories written by witches and wizards of today. My story is a retelling of an important lesson I taught to my three grandchildren when they were younger.
“Does anyone have any questions so far?” Norma asked the group with a warm smile. Were they interested in knowing who the other writers were? Did they want to learn more about her story? Or maybe they sought advice on writing in general?
