Lex's attention turned momentarily from the talk of jewels and the like when she was offered a seat--one that could almost pass for blue, it was blue you know, just...it had something else mixed in it that made it...not blue? Eh! It still looked comfy so she plopped down in it. Yup, definitely comfy. She'd need one of these for her dorm as well.

His answer caused her to eye Lottie for a moment. He was potentially of no use to them, was Lottie willing to make the walk to Knox's office? If so then she'd need to go get Felix because he would have wanted to see the woman that wand-handled him. It helped him get closure.

"Well, we don't want an exact value or anything like that." Lex shifted a bit in her seat, getting more comfortable as she did. Him being able to look at a gem then instantly know the value would have been EPIC but not something they anticipated in the first place so this was still fine. "Just want to know if it looks like something that could be valuable." And with that she pulled the yellow jewel that had once resided in the Hufflepuff Hourglass from her pocket and placed it on his desk.
