Minerva walked casually down the corridor. She really wasn't in much of a hurry, just enjoying the walk. She had just put Liesel back with the rest of the owls and knew she needed to go meet Laura, it was her friends Birthday today, so she wanted to make sure to celebrate. Every year it seemed they had a small party or just did something to celebrate it.
As she turned the corner she saw someone up head. As she got a little closer she noticed it was Laura. Smiling and waving Minerva made her way over to the younger badger, "Happy Birthday Laura, having a good day?"
Laura smiled as Minerva came into the corridor, "Your here." Laura ran and hugged her friend, it was awesome ever since the summer Laura had grown even more attached to Minnie, maybe it was because of everything she had done for her. "How are you? did you enjoy your birthday?" Laura took out a box with a huge chocolate cake in it. "This is a joint birthday cake, see I got my mother to put both our names on it." Laura said truthfully and then she took out a bar of Aero chocolate. "My mother said this is for you." Laura waited to see what Minnie would say.
