"Yes, I'm sure,'' Jory replied with a smile and squeezing Ronnie's hand in reassurance. He'd be able to handle it. But honestly, he hardly had any memory of the first time he tried the spell which was in DADA class lat term or the term before that.
The Puffer braced himself for that weird sensation that spell caused as Ronnie was about to cast it. And he waited.
"Er...nothing's happening,'' he said, pointing out the obvious.
"Maybe you should practice the incantation first?'' Like they would sometimes do in class. Then the second time would be the charm?
