Pulling out SEVERAL pieces of parchment and her quill Mack went to work making her name tag. She made sure to use her best hand writing as this would be the professor's first impression of them.


Raising her hand she answered the professor's question "Sir, History of Magic is learning about our past, where we as a whole come from, what has happened in our past is what will carve out our future. We learn about it so that we understand exactly what it is to be a witch or wizard and know where our race, if you will, has evolved from."

She looked around at the other students, sure her response was a bit elaborate but he asked what history of magic was.. and she had answered. Besides it couldn't help to make a good impression on the new professor.
