Lex considered the question. Well, she was a Gryffindor. Heart of a lion and everything. Finally she nodded. "You're right! Shouldn't matter one bit!" But she'd leave Felix behind...just in case. This woman spoke a lot of sense. Yup.

She nodded at the response to the next question she'd ask. Nothing she could do about it. Pity. There were very few other pets at this school that she cared for but fine, she'd be responsible. The other students would have to be responsible too, like not leaving a rat lying around or something. In those cases it couldn't possibly be her fault.

"Thanks Professor!" Lex hopped up, only remembering afterward, her kneazle's opposition to movement. "Sorry bud." She gave him a little snuggle before smiling over at the Professor. "It was nice talking to you!" Slowly, because this time she remembered Felix, she existed the office, some ice-cream would be nice right about now.
