You know I've never been anything but the best customer to Gringotts all these years, surely that's not cause for you to start taking things from me? Hmmm?? I'm sure you don't mean harm to the students... but look at these children, they're simply frazzled..."

As was she, in her BATHROBE and all.

Laura just stared at the Headmistress, "I'm sorry I didn't think about that." Laura was really sorry she had been too occupied trying to be nice for a change, "I just thought you should know that the Goblins are taking things from everywhere, they've even gone for the house glasses." Laura just hung her head and waited for her punishment, she wasn't going to be helpful ever again, no sir, not even if the school was in danger, she would just sit in her bed and do nothing.
