Kace decided to face the boggart, he would rather do it sooner rather than later. He saw Nigel was finished with his, then he stepped forward to the trunk. He was glad no one else was in the room. He did not want to be embarrassed with his fear. Kace was trying to think what made him scared.

He thought back to his time at home. He was playing with Belle in the yard and they were playing with sticks. They were jumping up and down and then he poked a beehive and he did not notice. He stood underneath there and then the bees stung him. After his mother checked the stings, she realized it was a hornet's nest. He was scared of bee stings ever since. Yeah...that fear could work.

He stood in front of the trunk. Kace was saying to himself, "Keep cool Kace, you know you can do this." His palms were sweating and his legs were shaking. The trunk was right in his peripheral vision. There was going to be a bee popping out of it very soon. "Alright so the spell is...Riddikulus." He got that into his brain. He just had to play it cool when the boggart come out of the trunk.

Kace closed his eyes and braced himself. The trunk opened. It unlatched quieter than he expected. The little guy stepped back when a swarm of angry bees were starring at him. He stood there in shock for about a few seconds and then snapped out of it. He gulped and said "Riddikulus..." very timidly. That didn't work. The Bees were starring at him. They were coming closer and he stepped back.

Kace decided he needed to say it louder and pointed his shaking wand at the bees and said "Riddikulus!!" He closed his eyes and hoped they were gone. When he opened them the Bees turned into a puppy falling on his legs. It made Kace laugh. It reminded him of his puppy at home and it made him happy. It made him giggle so much that.....

The boggart and his fear were gone. He felt SO what was the word? Relieved.

After the puppy was gone and his boggart, he was never so happy to leave. He got his wand and his bag, his hands were still shaking though but that would wear off. He promised himself that he would never see bees again. I guess the better way he could have handled it was to be more confident and say the spell sooner. He was only 11 years old and handling much more than he was capable of.

He needed his comfort food....he really wanted some.... chocolate cake? Yup that was it. That always hit the spot for him.
