The windows looked good, West felt pretty good about it actually, and he carefully got down from his chair. He picked that up and took it back to his desk and then, because he'd stood on it, West went ahead and scrubbed it with Scourgify again.

Now, back to that gum. West got down on his knees and went under his desk,focusing on that. It was really stuck there huh? Maybe Tergeo would get it off, the siphoning might suction it away? Or... no. Deletrius! That'd work. It'd disintegrate the gum and solve the problem.

He focused on the gum and held his wand at the ready, pointing it at that pesky bit of chewed and solidified candy. That was gonna come OFF. He was DETERMINED. Because now that he knew it was there it was gonna bother him see? So he couldn't give up on it.

Deletrius, he reminded himself, would get rid of it, but there'd be residue behind probably. So he'd have to clean the spot where it was afterward. Okay. He was ready!

"Deletrius!" West pointed his wand with the sort of seriousness that was usually reserved for a Bellaire lesson. Sure enough, with that sort of focus, the bit of gum DID disintegrate. Into nothingness. Yesssssssssss.

West pointed his wand again. "Scourgify!" Just to clean up any residue mind you.
