Alec entered the classroom, clutching his ingredients in his hands. As soon as Lafay had mentioned something along the lines of possibly being able to work with someone else, Alec immediately felt a lot happier with the assignment. Because... he wasn't great at Potions. Not really. And he really didn't like the idea of being left alone to make a potion with the ingredients he had.

Especially daisies. That was his odd one out.

His grey-bue eyes cast around to everyone who were in the classroom already. And... well... most people already seemed to be paired up. Great. Maybe he should just... wait then. And then ~~pounce~~ wait for someone partner-less to come in and work with him on this assignment. Nodding, the boy started to head over towards an empty desk when...

... Oh?

"Ethan?" Pause. "Erm... do you have a partner, by any chance?" Or did he want one?
