Ethan watched as his step-grandmother walked away with three of his jars, his pocket nine galleons heavier. Now he only had two more jars to sell. Hopefully it wouldn't be the ordeal the last sell had been and he could get it over and done with quickly. He glanced around, watching some of the others sell theirs or attempt to, then he noticed an older man walk his way. Russel had noticed a gathering at one end of the street as he finished up his shopping and was starting to head home. He neared one of the teenage boys that was standing there and approached. "So, what's going on here today?" he asked as he peered down at the table. Jars of eggs? "Good afternoon, sir," Ethan said brightly as the older gentleman approached. "My class and I are selling Ashwinder eggs today.. One jar for five galleons or I could give you two jars for only eight galleons." He really hoped this guy would think his two jar price was a good deal and take them both off his hands. He felt like he had been here all day and was ready to be done with this. He smiled at the guy as he watched him think it over. "Ashwinder eggs, hmm?" The man looked down at the two jars in front of the boy. Russel often dabbled in potions but he didn't use Ashwinder eggs all that often. Though it wasn't a bad price, especially for two of them, and it might not be a bad idea to keep a jar or two in his personal potions stores. Yes, he had made up his mind. "Alright," the man said, looking back up. "I'll take two of them.. that's a pretty good deal." He pulled eight galleons out and slid them across the table to the young man before picking up the jars.
Ethan smiled and gave them man a nod as he agreed to buy the remaining two jars. "Thank you, sir.. enjoy your eggs and have a great day," he said as he shook the man's hand after exchanging goods and currency. He watched him as he walked away, then he packed up his things and headed back to the castle to change. He had things to do and wanted to make the most of what he had left of the day.
