Ethan nodded to the woman as she confirmed his identity. Was she really unsure of his name? He looked, unblinking, at her for a moment. It had been years since he had seen her and then very infrequently at that, but she had been married to his late grandfather. "Hello, Oma Lillian," he said civilly, but with less cheer than he might normally use. "Yeah, a school thing.. we harvested Ashwinder eggs in class and now we're selling them. Interested? Five galleons for one jar or eight galleons for two jars.." He wasn't sure she was all that interested - or knowledgeable about potions enough to use them, but at least she stopped to look so maybe that was a good sign. Lillian wrinkled her nose slightly as she heard him address her. She hated to be called by the title the boy and his family insisted on. Though it was slightly better than "grandmother" it was still that type of name and she wasn't even old enough to be a grandmother - at least not to one as old as this.. she was only 40 for Merlin's sake! She was sure Meloria insisted on it just to be a brat.
Lillian cocked an eyebrow as she listened to the boy's rather lame sales pitch and her eyes fell onto the jars of eggs. "Two for eight galleons, hmmm?" That actually wasn't a bad deal and she might actually have use for Ashwinder's eggs.. but perhaps she could take advantage of his age and the fact that it was a class assignment? "Not a bad price, but certainly you can do better than that for me? We are family after all.." she said, baring her teeth at him in what she thought of as an attempt at a sweet smile.
