Amara was a bit excited about this class. One could say she had been looking forward to this one. Yes, she had been. Since the time when she'd become an absolute fool infront of her muggle counterparts, she had been determined to know somethings about them. She couldn't wait to get the muggle things right, so that next time she met Casilda they could have some relevant talk. The last one was an ultimate disaster and her mum had to interfere to rescue it.

Muggle Studies classroom looked as if it wasn't affected by the Hogwarts crisis...even a bit. Weird. And today's class was about money! She looked at the display of different currencies. Thinking they should change all of them to knuts, she munched into her the professor's cupcake. That way they could have more coins to enter the various turnstiles filled rooms. THEY SHOULD.

The professor soon walked into the class, and lo the lesson began. No chit-chat, straight to the subject. She took out the picture of herself she'd brought to the class as instructed. It was a rather good picture. They'd taken it last summer on their trip to Brazil....and she decided she'd go with the Brazilian currency.

Because she knew it was Brazilian and she kind of liked the look of it.

She found an empty parchment from her bag and began with the task in hand. Sketching wasn't exactly her forte, but she wasn't very bad at it. She looked at the currency, scanning for details and then began incorporating that into her parchment.

SKETCH. SKETCH. SKETCH. When she was done a few minutes later, she just spent the next seconds admiring her handiwork. Good job, girl!



After she was done admiring with lion pride she moved on to taping the picture to her desk. And she would take it later, ofcourse. Probably owl it to mum. As she cut the sticky tape, she thanked merlin and mum that she knew some basic muggle stuff. STICK. STICK. She tapped the drawing on all corners to the desk.

Give the students some real currency and send them back. HEH.
