"How much are your eggs selling for?"
SOMEWHERE was really not an adequate answer, especially when discussing the whereabouts of a Selina, but Alice accepted it and made mental notes to go out in pursuit of her after more sales happened. She just didn't have enough energy to extract more information out of Vivi right now, seeing as every question in her brain was being saved for other things at the moment and couldn't be wasted on such trivial matters as this, obviously.
Obviously.
"Five galleons a jar," she informed the older girl, squirming uncomfortably when she was hugged, but not pulling away.
"But if you want one, I'll give you a discount, 'cause you're so special. You want mine, though, and not more of anyone else''s, because mine are good eggs. The best eggs." Alice tapped her
cap once more, pointing seriously to the GOOD egg as if it'd make the whole sale for her and adjusting the bill over her eyes again.
The hat was clearly a good idea.
She needed more of those.
