He just got to visit the library! It had a different view and stuff and that was fun and people from all houses could come here and he could see his friends maybe!

At first he went to an armchair, but pulled back when he noticed its dinginess. So...instead he wandered to a table and a chair recently vacated and clean to plop down on. It wasn't as comfy, but at least it was clean! And he wouldn't do something embarrassing like fall asleep! So it was a good spot to read. Perfect!

One Transfiguration book. One Ancient Runes book. Her bag with notes and such and look! Empty chairs at an empty table. Obviously, Lottie walked towards said table until she totally and completely realized it wasn't empty. HOW UNFAIR. Whyyyy was he even here?

Even if she'd told Lex she was planning on talking to him, Lottie was actually hoping they'd forget the whole thing and be acknowledged as acquaintances at best. In the presence of Lex, that is.

You know what? She could easily go to a seat next to a window or take out the books and read on the grounds. YES! That sounded more appealing. So, without further ado, the girl turned quickly and headed the other way...NOT for long, because a book fell on the floor. Cue loud thud. Oh. It was the Ancient Runes book. She could sooooo cry right now.

Ancient Runes, remember? Aidan and the marble? FINE.

The third year Hogwartian picked up the book and walked towards the not-so-empty chair at the not-so-empty table. She was going to take the chair in front of him, but decided to take the one next to him instead. She had reasons. VERY important reasons.

Done. She was now seated next to the one boy who probably wouldn't even greet her. It wasn't his fault, she'd specifically asked him not to talk to her again. Her bag and books were placed on the table. The Ancient Runes one on top. She didn't open it.

"Hi Aidan." Blue eyes on him.
