Now she'd seen him. The guy was grinning at her from across the room. HEH. GRIN RIGHT BACK. Zeke had also mentioned Scourgify. She'd knew that one before but hadn't known the incantation. Boy that was lucky, since the professor wasn't teaching it.
The professor was making a note of all the charms. HUH? Well well, she was going to publish a dictionary of cleaning spells, wasn't she?
YES! I solved the Knocks mystery!
She looked down at her robes, it was the same one Zeke had cleaned up for her. She flashed him a grin again and took out her wand. Target, target.
There she found a very dirty looking box right in front of her. Amara waved her wand "
Scourgify" Seconds the later, the box was pristine. Nice and clean, though she doubted it had flecks of dust...
teeny flecks. She gave a thumbs up sign to Zeke.
Clean their desks? Really? She'd seen a lot of students have their face blown with dust. OH no, Hogwarts doesn't do face clean up service. She eyed the desk with scrutiny and moments later,
MERLIN BE GOOD, pointed the wand at her desk.
"
Scourgify"
No dust clouds. YAAY! That saved so much time and...dustiness. She looked at the incantation on the board. Poliotus. Alright.
She first tried practicing the movement.
Go slooow, left..down..right..down..left.. S She drew a perfect
Slytherin S in the air. Now, moving to the incantation. "
poh-lee-OH-tuss" Tuss, fuss, puss. NAW, out of rhyme.
Shut up and back to lesson.
Separately, things were always good. Nice and simple. Together, merlin do her some help! She pointed her wand at the desk. She traced the S in the air and cast the spell. "
Poliotus!"
She looked at her desk. There did seem to be some significant change in her in her desk. It looked....new. As fresh as a flower.
Too poetic. Just, the desk looked shiny
not as shiny as the professors though and polished. That was what it was supposed to be. Polished. Which meant...
Good Merlin! THE SPELL WORKED!
She could just jump with joy. Since the Professor would knock her out, she finished the celebration with a victory smile.
YEP, decent.
