Oh hey! Look who it was. "Hey Jory! How is seventh year?" Although he looked rather busy with his own customers and not really able to have a real conversation. Not that that was bad. They were here to sell things after all.
Just as the old woman shuffled off, Jory caught sight of Kurumi once again. He grinned.
"It's great! Busy as ever with all the classes, homework and studying but it's still fun.'' As if he needed to confirm that because Kurumi could see that right now.
"How are you? And Lewis?'' Because Jory had not forgotten about those two lovebirds.
The badger turned his attention back to his jars as another customer came up. A man this time. And to his relief Jory saw he was smiling.
"At least this one is in a good mood,'' he thought. He did not like grumpy people. Aloud he said,
"Hello, Sir! Can I interest you in some fresh Ashwinder eggs?'' He waited hopefully for the man to say yes.
"Of course you can, young man,'' he replied. "My wife needs some for her potion brewing. I need two jars, please.'' The man proceeded to select two jars.
Jory was surprised. The man hadn't even asked the price.
"I'll give him a discount,'' the boy thought. Usually, customers came back when they received a discount. "
They would cost 10 galleons but since you are taking two, I'll give you for 9 galleons and 10 sickles.'' It seemed reasonable.
The man nodded and counted out the coins. "Here you go.'' "Thank you!'' Three jars down. Would he be able to sell all five?
