The hippogriff stood and watched the group of humans come closer and converse amongst themselves. She clawed at the ground as a warning that they should not come any closer unless they addressed her the proper way. She was a beautiful, majestic creature, after all, and deserved the respect of one.
She also hadn’t seen humans in quite some time and wouldn’t mind a rub on the nose or a scratch on the ears. Humans were good for that, sometimes.
