Uggh, Tucker should have expected no cream or sugar. That was the only way he'd drink tea! Gross, he was just going to have to force himself to drink this nasty, cheap tea in order to complete the assignment. Resigning to this fact, he walked up and got a teaspoon of leaves as instructed.
Next, he headed to the cauldron and with care, filled the cup up until it was roughly 3/4 full before tossing the leaves in.
He wasn't too sure how long it took for the leaves to seep into the water, since he didn't drink tea very often, so he trusted that Elwood had it right when she said to wait two minutes. He sat down at his desk and waited patiently.
