Mo did grin then, and it felt like the first time he'd grinned in ages. He'd almost thought his grin was broken, but then there it was. "I know exactly what you mean. I don't necessarily like funny stuff. I like it when people laugh, and I especially like it when I an make them laugh."
And that was one of those things that made him happy, and so he didn't have to give it up.
"But now... Miss Dora, since it's your birthday, wouldn't you like some cake?" Cake was pretty much the reason to HAVE birthdays, wasn't it?
