After the butterfly garden, Alice headed to the sanctuary (why wasn't she going in order of location? Good question) for more ingredients to gather. The wrapped rat tail and dandelion roots were safely tucked into her robes, but she needed something else. The rodent tail had been difficult enough to obtain, so she was granting herself two really easy ingredients, the other one of which she'd decided could be some horse hair.

She took careful steps toward the stables, examining the splinters in the door for stray hairs, but it seemed like other people had gotten to it before her and nicked them. Instead, Alice climbed the first magical horse stall she could find (Abraxan? Or was it a Granian or an Aethonan? She didn't know for sure) and pointed her wand into it, keeping one hand outstretched to catch things. "Accio stray horse hairs." A few different ones came flying into her palm from different areas around the stable where loose hairs had shaken themselves free of the horses.

The little bundle of hairs was deposited into her pocket as well, and then Alice was off to find a fourth and final ingredient with 12 minutes to spare.
