Time was running out, she'd wasted a good amount of it just walking all the way out here but on the plus side, she still had ice-cream and it hadn't melted all that badly so she could still enjoy it on the walk.

The only time she stopped actively shoveling ice-cream into her mouth was when she stopped to slap on her dragon-hide gloves. Good thing they'd had herbology earlier and she still had them on her because walking up to the Common Room wasn't happening anymore than her going to the Great Hall was. She'd probably just show up and hope the Professor wasn't around to see her not using the protective gear.

And see, no Professor anyway, so she would have gotten away with it. But on to the plant.

She just needed some ginger roots. That wouldn't have been too hard to find in fact she walked right into them mid-ice-cream eating. "Here we go." She rested her cup on the ledge and got to extracting a few of the ginger roots. Just 4, she wouldn't be needing any more than that. After throwing these in a small, plastic bag she stuffed that in her bag as well, grabbed her ice-cream and took another look at her list.
