Blue was starving. Absolutely famished. She had sprinted up to the Common Room and ditched her bag just at the entrance. Now way was she paying two knuts just to keep her homework safe. PFFT. She skidded on the floor in her rush to get into the Great Hall, landing on her bum. "Owwww." Merlin dammit. There was FOOD in the room next to her. Not the most appetizing. Ruddy half-cooked broccoli. But even that seemed appealing right now.

That's when she saw them.

The turnstiles.

And she'd half to pay ten knuts.

Are. You. Freaking. Kidding. Me? Blue's jaw dropped so low it nearly touched the floor. "WHAT?! TEN?! It's bad enough we're paying for SLEEP but now to EAT TOO?!" Oops. Outburst. She didn't care. NOPE. Because she was RAGING. These were basic human rights. What was next?

Paying to use the loo?!
