Calista had been very distant at the Start of Term Feast and not in the physical sense since she had been, in fact, sitting in the same seat she was given a few years before. The Divination Professor had been preoccupied with how she would continue to teach her subject that was already under-funded, much like many of the other Professors likely were. Apart from that thinking she also missed out on the socializing she had planned to do with the new Professors, even though the ones that were missing were mainly due to firing--she would miss them.
Her hope had gotten up when she saw that Sophia was no longer in the Charms chair and a new woman was seated there. It was short-lived though and Callie had spent the rest of the night eating potatoes and listening to Medea and Airey talk nearby.
Now that Callie had had some time to plan she thought it was best to go officially meet the woman who was now teaching Charms and who just so happened to be one of the newly hired Board of Governors member. She padded her way into the corridor with her sandals, dressed in a long flowy white skirt with a long sleeved cotton top; her usually jangling bracelets as well.
