For the second time in a week Mika was skipping by a body of water. This one was a little smaller - well, loads smaller it didn't fit a squid in it, which was probably good since that Squid was so big.
She stopped skipping suddenly her eyes widening in shock as she saw Kaiden sitting by the pond with is toad. She never understood why he named a Toad toad - she'd have come up with something interesting. Like Humphrey...no, she'd have called him Humperdinck. Because it was awesome. Humperdinck....heh, she just let out a little sound like a laugh she was trying to suppress.
Oh Merlin.
She took a quick step that turned into a slip forward - she just landed awkwardly on her back next to Kaiden. Yep, the ground was kind of being her frenemie these days.
