Her family isn't a lovely family. Her parents are cheaters and they was intending to use her to steal some money when Hogwarts letter arrived. She felt as she was betrayed by wizarding people when they showed her parents who exactly she was: a witch, as she had pretended her whole life being a Muggle to be loved and accepted by her family. Her parents expelled her from home and she had no choice but to accept her new life at the Hogwarts School. She is decisive, very smart, but also very needy, anxious and possessive. She's honest, and her sincerity sometimes hurt sensitive people. She has a lot psychological problems, but is a good girl with a great heart.
