The one that was the least capable of getting things done as it turned out. "So for the most part they do, but occasionally, um, a professor or two will step in and give it a whirl." So, sorry Mr. Katharos if you happened to have had something off the Flamsteed Menu.
Airey took a long drink from his tea while the boy spoke. Yes, impending graduation was sort of a terrifying stage in a young witch or wizard's life. If he hadn't had an inspiration Astronomy professor while at Hogwarts, well, there was no telling where his seventeen year old self would be now.
Oh. Wait a second...
He was not sure that he was ready to be THAT person. Sure, he had been that person while working at NASA...but that was with adults. Adults who had more life experience to make the proper decisions. Adults who knew what they wanted. This, well, this was entirely different. Mr. Katharos was still a child with his life ahead of him and now he, Airey Flamsteed, was being asked to guide him.
.........................just picture the boy in a suit and perhaps this would go smoothly.
"First, Mr. Katharos, you should not use words like never when talking about your future. You will only put more pressure on yourself and risk limiting your self to the infinite possibilities that are out there for you," he said calmly as he rested his cup on his desk. "You are at an age where everyone is giving you advice so what I want you to do for me now is tell me what you like. Not what you can and cannot do. What do you like?"
Only one house elf left to do all these jobs alone? Daichi felt sad for that one house elf and he wondered if it was the same house elf who had popped in to classrooms a few terms ago to find the Headmistress brooch. The Slytherin smiled at that memory. Cute house elf that one was....though he had forgotten its name...hmm..
Taking a sip from his hot chocolate drink (the icecream was already in his stomach) he listened to his words and sighed softly.
"Well, whoever made the food at the start of term feast should not make it again" he chuckled and now hoped that it hadn't been THIS Professor who had made it. Eh? that would be awkward. But...Awkward was what he lived for it seemed.
"I... i didn't mean to, you know, make you uncomfortable with these..little problems" he said slowly after noticing the hesitation.
"It's just... i don't really know who else to speak to" he mumbled, biting his lower lip before he took another sip of his chocolate. Eyes fixed to the desk, he continued.
"I don't know why but you're the only adult i talk with..." "I actually planned on seeing Professor Magnus but i didn't know she would be gone this term" Why must he always procrastinate things to the last minute? Or in this case, last school year.
And there it came, the *polite* scolding. The Slytherin crossed his arms over each other and seemed to shrink in his chair. This was truly embarrassing especially because those words sounded very familiar.
"You sound like my father..." he responded after the Professor was finished and he sighed.
"I'm sorry, i can't help it, thats just who i am..i've been worrying about things all my life and i just can't..." Another deep sigh followed as he placed the cup of hot chocolate down on the desk.
What did he like?

eeeeeeh......
"Why is it always THIS question?!" he asked , more to himself but whatever. He thought about what he liked and there were a few things but.
"I don't think the things i like can help me find a job.." he said after a moment of thinking.
"Well, i really like ducks! ...but i guess that was not what you were looking for...ehm...what else?" think Daichi! think!
"Food!...no..." "I think i like fashion a little bit as well. I mean, i like shopping in muggle stores..."
another long silence...
"This isn't going anywhere right, sir? But i guess i don't want to do anything in the magical world"
