Plus, it wasn't easy adjusting to a new place, Melanie knew that. Then the blonde told Melanie that Amara didn't eat anything. "She hasn't?" Melanie said, her smile fading. That wasn't good. Then again, the food back at the Great Hall hadn't been exactly appetizing. Melanie hadn't eaten herself. "No, she needs to eat some proper food other than cake... uhm..."
Little wheels spun in Melanie's head as she tried to think. "If you go to the kitchen, you'll have to pay another knut to get back in," Melanie reminded the first year before she remembered. It was like studying for all those OWLs last term had paid off because her brain seemed to function better. Or maybe it was just a result of entering her sixth year. When a person got older, they were supposed to be smarter and all that jazz. "I have... some ramen in my trunk. We can... enlarge a cup, boil some water then make some noodles quickly," Melanie decided.
Because that would work too, wouldn't it? It'd be fast too... maybe... five minutes tops. Though she wasn't sure if a plastic cup was meant to hold hot drinks. She hoped it'd be fine though...
Honestly, Aphrodite has not thought about that. Luckily she had borrowed some of Laura's knut, otherwise she can not return to their own common room. Melanie suggestion is indeed one of the best .. Amara have to eat foods that are filling otherwise she could not follow the lessons tomorrow. "
Melanie, will you teach me spell needed to warm the water to cook it?" Aphrodite asked her.
