Alice didn't HAVE anything else on her, though. What was she supposed to feed it? Her robes? Apparently, it liked the taste of those.
Was it trying to bite her? She bent down and made a BITEY motion back at the little owl's beak. If it bit her, she'd bite it right back, did it know?
