Who?
"Professor....Professor...uh..." You think she'd have gotten the name but then, she didn't know it when she ran into her earlier so there wasn't much for remembering. "Um...the new Charms Professor...the one I didn't vote for in the Board of Governors election." Well actually she could have left out that last part because there were a lot of them that she didn't vote for. What do you expect when you don't bribe her with candy?
"And I have no idea why. I was trying to catch up with him and I didn't see her--honest I didn't! But then I knocked right into her and I tried explaining but she wouldn't listen she just flicked her wand and had him floating around, claw at thinks and hissing." She didn't appreciate it one bit. Oh and now they were talking about kneazles and that neat trick they did. She figured that out ages ago.
"I know they do, that's why I don't think the fall hurt him, it doesn't make dropping him right, especially right after wand-handling him the way she did." And without another word she gently handed him over. Not too fast or he'd probably start freaking out again. He'd better not get nightmares after this.

"Knox," Peyton simply suggested, and then she smirked at the girl's honestly about who she'd voted for. Wait. Voted for?
"Children were allowed to vote in the recent election?" she asked. That was beside the point of the visit, but it'd confused Peyton nonetheless. Probably some politicians doing... Someone looking for a quick vote. They were probably offered candy or something else easily used as bait.
Anyway, back to the kneazle...
"Well, I'm sure Professor Knox had some reason for doing that," she said. Some stupid, power-hungry reason, probably. Peyton loved a good dose of power, just not when it someone else gaining the power. She eyed the kneazle as she took him.
"He doesn't seem to be hurt, but let me ask you something Miss Cambridge. How would you react if you'd been dangled in the air by your ankles? Would you be in a very pleasant mood?" "Long story short, I think your kneazle's just gotten himself in a stew," she said.
"He's mad." She shrugged. Rightly so. She'd have fought back, but the kneazle wasn't exactly in any position to do that, now was he?
