"Wait... it does?" He frowned. "For the next 493 people that go through or just the person that put the galleon in?" Because that was important to know. Big difference there. West wasn't about to pay a galleon for others to go in after all... ESPECIALLY with the state of their common room not being worth paying for at the moment. The rest got nods, also putting that away in his brain to tell Dylan.
"Yeah?" He looked back at Dora. Something she should appreciate by the way. "You could cook for me and Theo too, we'd let you do that, if you wanted Siddie." They would yes. "Where would you do a sleepover then? The dungeons are off. Completely. Its really bad down there." Eh. He probably WOULD use Oakey's money if he got the change... if he didn't have to pay it back. Not that he couldn't figure something out for himself but... well, free money.
You'd be daft to say no to free money.
West probably looked daft at that moment himself. You know, on account of staring.

Dora's cooking skills were booked for the rest of the year, though, and Alice had already decided she got dibs on them before Theo did. Just FYI. "We can share floor space some other time. The corridor was no fun anyway. How bad is it in the dungeons?" She didn't know how awful the Gryffindor common room was, considering she hadn't entered it yet, but it would be nice to know what to expect, yeah?
"But good timing your running into us," On account of the good food they were about to get. She certainly wasn't gonna eat that terrible food that was being provided, and also sort of wondered who it was that had the task of cooking for them, cause she could get them books.
For everyone else's sake.
"I think its for the person who puts the coin in, hard to say with the way she was yelling." She said thoughtfully. It really would have been nice to get to ask her some follow up questions, but not really necessary since they got so much information already.
"I'll say no for myself. I guess I'd take it and give it to my housemates or something." She shrugged and glanced at Alice. It wasn't her biggest concern, coming about the money.
Her eyes flicked over to West almost immediately though when Theo was mentioned and she nodded her head, face brightening.
"Of course I want to cook for you both. Anytime." And since he'd brung up her boyfriend.
"Where is he anyway?" Curious girlfriend was curious.
"I dunno cause she also said we couldn't use the room of requirement, but I don't think she'd know if we did. Maybe our towers if they're not too bad. Or a really nice bathroom." Significant looks at you Alice. "I never considered the dungeons, especially not this year." She'd heard some things about how bad they were.
