And the poor elf that was responsible for all the food. Oh and hey, Quidditch and OWLs on top of everything else. Fifth year was definitely starting off on an interesting foot.

Anyway, the blonde decided to get some air and so she made her way out to the courtyard, a stack of books in her arms. She found herself lugging them around a lot as she was trying to avoid paying a bazillion times to enter the common room.

Settling down in front of the fountain, the sixteen year old rested her back against its base and picked up a book at random to read. Maybe studying would take her mind off other things? Hmm... Defense Against the Dark Arts seemed as good a subject to start with as any.
