Lexa had a point, though. The professors would probably expect everything to go smoothly. Who said anyone was going to check on them any time soon... if ever? "We can just... hope. Or send a runner." That would be a last resort, though. Jake didn't want to bother anyone.

As he said that, he felt someone walk up beside him. He looked over quickly, but instantly relaxed when he saw that it was Anya. "Hey," he said quietly as he slipped an arm around her waist and pulled her closer to him.

"It's a knut each," he answered, looking back at the turnstiles. When she mentioned that she had a galleon, Jake looked back at his girlfriend. "I haven't seen anywhere to exchange larger coins... I wonder if those will do it for you." Back to the turnstile. Was there any place on them that looked like it would give change?
