After getting a good look at her watch she realized that she couldn't put off heading to the platform any longer. The Hogwarts Express wouldn't wait for her and she didn't have the whole day to hide out in the Western Concourse. This meant she had to start moving, yeah?

After a quick goodbye to her live source of entertainment she got her things together, secured Felix and started her walk toward the barrier.

There was another quick look around but not for Alice, nah, she was probably already on the other side. Lex still needed to run into Lottie so they could sit together like they'd planned. This meant stepping through.
