The Magical Creatures Sanctuary is a place that serves as a home and care center for many magical creatures. These creatures belong to Hogwarts and are cared for by Professor Barlow and her students. The Sanctuary does not resemble a barn or a building at all, but it rather takes on the shape and appearance of the environment most familiar to a particular creature. Depending on the creature and what natural environment it needs, it could be on land, in water, in tanks, or in a makeshift tree.

There's a small section set aside to house materials used to care for these creatures. Before caring for any creature, be sure you are aware of how to take care of that creature and have the proper materials needed. Remember to put the materials back where you found them and clean up after you're done.
