"Hello, my bouncing butterbeans!" That was new. Butterbeans. Huh.
So, this bouncing girl wanted the pogo stick and the bear hug bear (aww, those bears reminded him of Pepper). Wesley watched her bounce up and down, and he nodded his head with her movements. "You got it, squirt. That's 1 galleon and 8 sickles from you, please."
GOOD QUESTION. "I don't know, caaaaaan you?" Wesley asked, leaning over the counter. He was curious to see if the two girls could hand him money without getting/falling off their pogo sticks. "15 sickles, my friend." Wesley held out his hand for the money to SEE if she could do it.
"I'll give you free candy if you can do it without falling off." Probably a ton tongue toffee. Hee hee, snicker, snicker.

"Well, I'll give it a try." Cat held the bear under her arm and held on to the pogo stick as she continued to bounce and dug into her pocket for some coins. This was sort of hard! She found a galleon easily enough, but getting eight sickles wasn't such an easy task. "Here, hold these." She handed over the galleon and several sickles and went back to her pocket for more. After a moment of bouncing and counting, she managed to come up with eight sickles. HUZZAH! "There!" Cat held out her hand and offered up the rest of the coins.
She would have clapped, but her hands were rather full.
Butterbeans? Alice hadn't ever heard that expression before, but it was interesting, so she mentally took note of it while continuing to bounce.
"Hi, Mr. Shopkeep. I bet I can do it. I bet Caterina Ocarina can, too," she said decidedly, following the other girl's lead and beginning to rummage in her pocket for some sickles. It was kind of difficult, seeing as she had to keep a hand on the pogo stick and not lean to far one way or the other while grabbing coins. But she managed.
She was just that AWESOME, you know?
".. thirteen, fourteen, fifteen." After she finished counting the sickles rolling around in her palm, still using one hand, Alice held out the fistful for the shopkeeper to collect.
"Do we get candy, too, now?" She and Cat could totally down candy while bouncing down the street, too. It'd make people even more jealous then, see? Sounded legit.
