Cooper, hair tied back, and dressed in violet, strode into the celebration tent with purpose. WWHHHOOOOOPPPEEEEE! He was all grins, more so than usual -- which was certainly saying something. The place looked, AMAZING. Who knew DA could scrub up so nicely, it was even SPACIOUS looking.
"Congratulations everyone!" he greeted as he approached the governors table and claimed himself a spot. "How are we all?"
