Swaggering into the great hall, Milton didn't take much time to look around before heading straight to his table (yes, his). When you're someone like Beatrice Castell, one thing you wouldn't want to do at feasts like this was to cry because if you start, it was just hard to stop. Last term's parting wasn't any better than this but she had done a pretty darn good job at containing herself. Hopefully, that will be maintained. Food might help, yes. But there wasn't any food yet so......it was say-goodbye-and-try-not-to-cry time for her.
Before hopping to other tables, she went to the Ravenclaw's first, giving various gestures to her fellow 'Claws - ruffling Aidan's hair, winking at Dora, waving at Kendall, Mika and Gwen - as she passed, until finally patting Milton's shiny head and settling beside her Captain. "You're leaving, huh?"
...Oh, and where in Merlin's socks was Spike Hutchinson? A chill went down his spine when someone ruffled his hair. LIKE A CHILD.
WHY WAS EVERYONE PICKING ON HIM?!

Almost being eaten by an evil plant could help you to want to board the next train, plain, boat, or whatever means of travel - even dragon-back out of here. So she boastfully walked over and sat down with a slight PLUNK noise next to him.
Plopping the big silver canister on the table she turned to him, pointed at him then at it then him and over again. "Cookie?" She finally said after about a minute of awkward pointing.
She then pried the lid off - because lids were a hinderence after all and waving to Dora and Aiden she chirped to them. "HEY you two want cookies?" She offered.
Ruining appetites wasn't a bad thing...after all, it was the end of term feast...and speeches kind of took forever.
FINALLY. Someone...well, no, he won't say SANE, but...someone not teasing him in any way. Someone offering him FOOD. Which was exactly what he wanted. "YES!" HE had no hesitations about that. Text Cut: Lex Quote:

As they approached the Ravenclaw table she turned slightly to make sure Lottie was still in toe. Didn't want her getting lost in all this or probably smushed to death, because either way there would be no apology. Older students never apologized.
"Hey I think I see him!" Over theeeeere, talking to Aidan and Dora...sorta. They both got waves.

And because Cassia was nice and polite and all. She smiled over at the boy(Aidan) with Dora. "Hi there," Wasn't this particular boy Lex's friend. Hmm...That called for a prolonged look. Cassia needed to approve of Lex's friends. According to her information the boy was a seeker so that was a cool good thing. "I'm Cassia," She said after a couple of moments, hopefully the boy wasn't weirded out. " I'm Lex's and Dora's friend," She added feeling the need to tell that. "Er...Hi." He recognized this face. But....that was it. Dora had explaining to do.
...Or not, as the girl introduced herself. "I'm Aidan. I'm Lex and Dora's friend, too." Apparently, they weren't very good at getting friends with other friends because he didn't know this Cassia very well.
He didn't even know Mo was Lex and Alice's friend for the longest time. And he was on a TEAM with him!
Maybe over the summer they'd all hang out. Even though that was arguably more inconvenient than at Hogwarts. But, oh well. Out of no where, someone else Aidan only really knew by face came over, sat next to HIS friend that be FORCED to come here, then put his arm around her and..........
