Cue an eyebrow raise. Testing the professor? What an interesting idea. Frightening. But interesting. Airey thought that he very much would like to spend the day in Mr. Odessa's head just to see what all went on in there.
And did he test other professors in the same manner? Something he ought to ask everyone over tea in the staff room perhaps.
"Did I pass?" he asked with a small smirk while he continued to lint roll away. "I thought perhaps you were trying to spot the same three 'star' alignment that Galileo witnessed," he said - using air quotes around the term star for obvious reasons. He himself paused for a moment to look up at the star display, but didn't linger too long since he still had some lint rolling to attend to.
"Let me know if you need anything then, will you?" he said. Best not distrupt the boy while he was looking around, yes? Airey liked to be alone when he was looking at the stars. Made him feel at peace.
