Okay, she could still do it. Kat inhaled and then exhaled. She can still get it right so that Bellaire wouldn't think she wasn't paying attention to the class prior to this activity time. She can do it. BELIEVE.

"Magnus Centrum!" Kat said while simultaneously tapping on her cup. Did it work? Kat took the cup and examined it. No difference there because only the capacity of the cup would make the change. To check it out, Kat pushed the cushion in. Squashed it even so that it would get inside. Yet it didn't. The cushion HATED her.

Reluctantly taking the cushion out, Kat tapped her wand on her cup a few times. Her tapping wasn't wrong. Probably only her concentration and focus. PSSH. That was stupid. If Kat could focus well during a Quidditch match (which was waaaaaaaay more different than trying to focus on charming a bloody cup) then she could do this too right? Self-confidence, where art thou?

Anyway. One last time? Kat focused hard. Her head wouldn't pop right? She was doing her best anyway, exerting effort. That added the points, didn't it? There was one and only one to find out. "Magnus Centrum!" Tap. Did it work? Inhale. Exhale. Kat took the cushion and then squished it inside the cup. But this time, it was easier.

Holy Merlin, it FINALLY worked. Her charm worked. YEAH! So... after this was the tents right? This was going to be fun. Like... a hundred and one times more fun. Squishing a tent inside a cup? No biggy.
