Victoria listened as Lourdes talks about the board, it did all seem very interesting. She was watching all this closely as it had been going on. "Well it sounds like you have it all thought out and you are going to do great." She liked the fact that she felt comfortable with her boss, it was nice to have this type of relationship with her boss.

A bigger smile formed as Lourdes said she had time, that would be great. Victoria really did want to meet the new employees and make them feel welcomed. She felt very welcomed when she started, so of course she wanted everyone to feel that way. "Yes that sounds like a great idea. Now would be just fine." She got up out of her seat and waited to see where they would be going.
