Gwen looked through the ingredients and picked up the fairy wings. Those had o be added first. After tossing the set of fairy wings in the cauldron and heating up the potion, the girl looked back at her notes.
Now wait for it to turn turquoise. Staaaaaare. Come on. Turn turquoise already. The sixth year looked at the potion, expecting it to change its colour soon, like it was supposed to. Although she knew she couldn’t have done anything wrong so far, after adding only the first ingredient, Gwen wasn’t really sure the potion would have the colour Professor Lafay indicated. Fortunately, it didn’t take long until the potion started turning turquoise. Phew. So far so good.
The next ingredients which had to be used were the doxy eggs. Gwen glimpsed at the eggs which lay on the desk, and counted them again, just to make sure she had all 12. Mhm. 12 it is. Sooo what was the next step…? The sixth year glimpsed back at the piece of parchment containing her notes. Add one measure… So three doxy eggs. …1…
