Everyone around me went silent for a few seconds trying to register what happened before the victorious roars filled the world all at once; in sync though unrehearsed. Suddenly everything looked brighter, livelier! Even the bodies lining the side of the Great Hall seemed to be vibrating with pride.

I squeezed through the crowd to where he laid on the floor, plopped down on my knees next to him and held his head in my hands. "We won! Harry Potter won!" I could see a hint of a smile on his face right then.
