He scoffed at her. "I obviously care who did what. You did nothing. Left up to you we'd still be down there with some creepy hag woman--I am too wonderful to be stolen and never seen again!!!" He just had to get that out there. Where as no one would care if she went missing, he was positive there would be search parties after him. It was something that happened when you were liked so she obviously wouldn't know.
Sigh. She had him rolling his eyes again. When would this end? "You just twisted what I said. Look. If you didn't understand what I said, all you had to do was ask me to make it clearer. No need to go trying to make your own interpretation because you'll be wrong like just now." Again. Not her fault.
For a moment he just stood staring at her, trying to figure out if she was being stupid on purpose or just trying to annoy him. "That doesn't make it my fault." He wouldn't say anymore on that matter because she probably wouldn't understand anyway.
By now he was beginning to think that she was a lost cause and he got set to head back to the shop for another ice-cream, 'cause you know, he didn't care that the bucket got water all over her, when the girl started doing that annoying thing again where she shouted. He was going to ignore it like the good boy he was but then something hit into him with a loud thud.
"Bloody hell!" He shouted, whirling around, seeing the bucket before looking up at her. He was still rubbing the sore area when he saw her grab for a measuring cup and fill it with water.
She wouldn't.
His eyes widened when he saw her actually lift the cup and soak him. "WHAT WAS THAT FOR?! HOW WOULD YOU LIKE IF I SOAKED YOU LIKE IT IF SOMEONE SOAKED YOU????" He stomped furiously, his foot splashing some of the water from the puddle he was now standing in. This girl had some nerve. "I bet you think I'm too much of a gentleman to fight back huh? Well guess what? I'm NINE and DON'T care!" He yelled at her before snatching at the bucket and hurling it right at her. "And another thing!" He said, storming over to the sink once more. He grabbed at a large bowl and filled it then walked right up to her. With a very serious face he turned it above her head and let the water pour out. "Hope you like getting wet."
