He wasn't here yet when Schirmer taught Charms for two years. "Because she cares about the education, not just the security." Not to judge the other candidate who cares more about that. Well, security was important, but they did forget about the educational quality. And seriously, if they thought about security what would they do? Hire aurors as the security squads? If they kept talking about Board of Governors again, the Head Boy would just keep silent because he was sick of this topic.
