Gemma smiled as the students walked in and then she did a little walk around the room to check to make sure everyone had brought in their supplies. As she walked she wrote down the student's name and their supplies. She was pretty impressed with the items brought. This was going to be better than she had hoped.

When she finally made it around to the front again, she started the lesson, "Welcome to Muggle Studies again! I'm excited to see you all!" she paused as she walked to the little stage at the front of the room.

"As you all are well aware of, and many of you are probably tired of hearing about, we are full force into the Board of Governor Elections. This is such an exciting time for our school and wizarding community. I hope you all attended our Hogwarts debate and enjoyed the dunking of the candidates." she said with a big smile..she had enjoyed watching some of them get dunked and had wished that different ones had been dunked in the process.

"Let's get the lesson started by thinking about the debate. Did anyone learn something new about any of the candidates from the debate...this could be their platforms or personal information or anything?" she asked sweetly.
