12. Furnunculus
“You’ve got to be kidding me!”
Minerva was never one to think that much about her appearance unlike other girls with whom she shared a dorm with. However that didn’t mean she wanted to look like something exploded all over her face and that’s exactly what it did look like.
A share of pimples and red boils suddenly now graced her pale skin. And they surely hadn't been there when she went to sleep the night before.
A bunch of giggles erupted from behind her and the Gryffindor turned to face her roommates. “Not funny.”
“No…but you should have seen the look on your face,” Roxanne remarked, the first to gain her voice amongst her laughter.
“Better than we thought,” Clarissa admitted with a touch of jest in her voice.
“Wait…you guys did this?!” Minerva couldn't help the incredulous tone in her words.
“Aye…just a joke Minerva,” Adi added before all three girl’s announced in unison to their friend.
“APRIL FOOLS!”
It was the young Scotswoman's turn to laugh. She certainly had been caught in the prank.
