The age of twenty-one seemed too old. Kat couldn't wait for the time when SHE could actually vote. Maybe it was because it meant she was finally legal and stuff. She could do things independently and she could even do spells OUTSIDE of Hogwarts. That would be awesome right? What age was required to make them vote? This was an easy question. Otherwise, there wouldn't be a class dedicated to all elections if they weren't going to vote. It would be pointless.
