"All of my cousins have got different dads." West added, turning his head slightly so he could watch the clouds. So his aunt, it really WAS lots of dates. In a big way. And husbands and stuff. Which was why West actually owned a suit since he had to go to weddings every few years. It was different for his direct family, but then he only had his dad and Aspen. "It gets loud when me and Aspen stay with them. We like being at home better, with just our dad." And their odd pets and their house elf.

She was saying things about mazes. Things what West was thinking too. And that last bit, that last bit required a moment of thought. The things what had happened in the maze were them holding hands. He looked at their hands. That part already was happening. The only other thing what had happened was the kiss. Which was also the best part and the part that he kept thinking about over and over.

But maybe he should check on account of, what if he kissed her and she actually meant something else? Like being lost in a maze. Or being surrounded BY maize. Or walking. Maybe she was meaning walking. He really for reals had to check. West smiled hopefully. "You bothered, Bliss?"
